What to do In Legazpi City
We arrived Legazpi City way too early, it was like 7am! Yah, We were that excited to roam around the city and soak our feet on the beach of Caramoan. But the weather was really bad. The storm Ramon decided to visit Bicol! Oh my gulay!! I asked the tourism staff outside the airport regarding the places that I can visit within the city of Legazpi since is not really a good beach weather. She gave me a map which helped me a lot! She told me to go to Cagsawa ruins first because the best time to see the site is at dawn till morning before the clouds roll in and obscure the view of the volcano....
